Weekly Menu

I am still not feeling good.  I am planning to make some roasted vegetables to have some soup and puree this week.  It is going to be a good week for soup as the weather is supposed to turn colder after our beautiful weekend.

Monday–lamb chops (first time ever making these), baked potato, broccoli

Tuesday–Turkey tenderloin with roasted root vegetables

Wednesday–crockpot chicken, mashed potatoes, peas (I will use the chicken bones to make chicken stock

Thursday–Salmon patties, rice, cauliflower

Friday–friends house for a birthday party

Saturday–BBQ chicken, roasted red potatoes, green beans
